Large-format glazing structures articulate the façade and generously open the interior spaces to the outdoors. The combination of minimal white plaster surfaces, vertical wooden slats, and natural stone accents creates a façade that is both dynamic and harmonious.

Covered terrace areas and continuous balcony zones create seamless transitions between interior and exterior, while the pergola-like ceiling structures deliberately orchestrate light and shadow. This interior design follows a contemporary, tranquil luxury aesthetic that uses minimalism to create an elegant, homely atmosphere. The design focuses on natural materials such as wood, stone, textiles and textured surfaces, complemented by a subtle colour palette of beige, cream and grey tones.

Giuseppe recently joined our team – and we can already see how much he enriches our working environment. He is Italian but has lived in Germany, combining a wonderful blend of Mediterranean warmth and German precision. This combination shapes his daily work: attentive, receptive and with a professionalism that impresses and motivates.
Giuseppe is someone you can rely on one hundred percent. Those who work with him appreciate his calm, dependable manner as well as his humour, which makes every interaction a little easier and more enjoyable. He approaches challenges with clarity and positive energy – qualities that distinguish him not only professionally, but also personally.

Outside the office, Giuseppe finds balance in sporting activities and, in typical Italian spirit, in the kitchen. Cooking is much more than a hobby for him: it is his personal talent and his form of creative expression.

The clean, contemporary architecture of this house is defined by subtle elegance, with each element carefully selected. Expansive window openings create a fluid transition between indoor and outdoor spaces, while the sophisticated glass structure and natural stone elements establish a harmonious connection with the surrounding landscape. The interplay of light and shadow, created through precise orientation and material choices, enhances the structure’s clarity and adds an unmistakable depth to the space. Based in Prata di Pordenone in the Friuli region, the company is rooted in a long tradition of bespoke furniture craftsmanship. Originally focused on customizable kitchen systems, Modulnova has expanded its portfolio over the years to include solutions for bathrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces.

At the heart of the brand lies a strong sartorial approach: every project can be tailored precisely to the client’s preferences through the selection of materials, finishes, colours, and functional components. Modulnova places great emphasis on quality and innovation, continually developing new concepts that enhance not only the functionality of living spaces but also their aesthetic appeal.

The flagship showroom Modulnova Milano, located on Corso Garibaldi 99 in the vibrant design district of Milan, showcases around 600 m² of curated living environments—from kitchens and living rooms to bathroom and outdoor concepts. This modern residence impresses with its clean, minimalist architecture and generous openness. Large glass façades create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing plenty of natural light to fill the interiors. The combination of bright plaster surfaces, warm wooden elements, and natural stone accents gives the building an elegant yet inviting character.

The spacious terrace with an integrated pool and lounge area forms the heart of the outdoor space, inviting relaxation and enjoyment. On the upper floor, the floor-to-ceiling windows and covered balcony design provide a harmonious balance between privacy and panoramic views.

Manuela is a person who doesn’t need to be loud to make an impression. With her calm, friendly manner and a smile that she hardly loses, she brings serenity and warmth to our team. With patience, empathy and an open ear, she ensures that our customers always feel well looked after in the after sales service.

She lives by the motto of consciously enjoying life while never stopping to learn new things. She is curious about the world, open to new experiences and convinced that you can learn something new every day – whether at work or in everyday life.
