Projected on top of a rustic plot on the slope of Puig de Farrutx towards Colonia Sant Pere, the house is protected with blind walls from the road behind. At the same time it opens up towards the privileged views of Alcudia bay.

Porch, swimming pool, pergola, terraces and garden adapt to the views, topography and existing native vegetation and complement the interior day area, integrating the house into the landscape of the place.

Proyectada en lo alto de una parcela rústica en la ladera del Puig de Farrutx hacia la colonia de Sant Pere, la vivienda se protege con paños ciegos y espacios sirvientes de la carretera posterior. A la vez que se abre hacia las privilegiadas vistas de la bahía de Alcúdia.

Porche, piscina, pérgola, terrazas y jardín se adaptan a las vistas, topografía y vegetación autóctona existente y complementan la zona de día interior. Integrando la vivienda en el paisaje del lugar.
