The proposal transforms a previously outdated dwelling characterised by enclosed and poorly ventilated spaces—into a bright and open home.

With local materials, warm tones and a layout designed to maximise natural light, Es Verger captures the essence of Mediterranean living.

Son Bunyola: un proyecto, una historia, un libro

Un recorrido visual y narrativo por el proceso de transformación de esta histórica finca mallorquina en un hotel rural de 26 habitaciones para Virgin Limited Edition. Un proyecto que combinó restauración patrimonial, diseño contemporáneo y estrategias sostenibles en un entorno único declarado Patrimonio Mundial por la UNESCO.
Desde sus orígenes como una alquería árabe en el siglo XIII, pasando por su reforma de 1931, hasta su reciente rehabilitación tras el tornado de 2020.

El libro documenta todo este proceso a través de planos, fotografías y textos que ponen en valor cada etapa del proyecto.

Gomila Center, en el corazón del barrio.

Diseñado originalmente por Pere Nicolau en 1979, el edificio ha sido renovado cuidadosamente para realzar su característica geometría escalonada. Un patio central dinamiza la planta baja, alrededor del cual se organizan terrazas, balcones y nuevas escaleras que conectan espacios de trabajo y vivienda en diferentes niveles.
