Good afternoon from CK Property Services I do sincerley hope you are all staying safe and well?

Been very busy again, floor tiling job this time, original floor tiles had "blown" terribly just as you walked in to the apartment (in fact you couldn't really open the front door apart from about 12 inches).

Stripped all floor tiles from entrance, kitchen, lounge, bathroom & bedroom.
Replaced with very nice porcelain 120cm x 23cm wood effect tiles, now makes the apartment look fresh, clean & I think appears bigger, even re-tiled the balcony for owner at no extra cost as a gesture of goodwill so making it all flow and looking great.

Many thanks to my tiling expert Richard H who assisted on this job, couldn't have completed quick enough without his valuable help, cheers Richard.

A lady who can't wash her hair is not a happy lady, no hot water in shower 😱.........
(No hot water in shower & hot tap water pressure very poor)

Rectified the no hot water issue, rectified poor water pressure.

A very happy lady now, hot water, good pressure & perfect hair!!!

A New Year & CK Property Services are busy busy busy....

1) Poor condition wooden window frame, paint peeling away.
Carried out woodwork treatment as required, repainted & now looking good as new.

2) Wooden roof over outside washing machine, warped & water damaged.
Replaced old damaged wood for new water resistant type, sealed & painted.

Just completed another couple of jobs for a repeat customer -

1) Electric security shutter jammed open, stripped and repaired as required, now fully operational.
2) Damaged fly screen replaced with new mesh on patio door section.

Two VERY LARGE terrace areas, tile grouting breaking up and looked unsightly.
Removed all old grouting, re-grouted, now looking loads better.
Certainly was a hot and dusty job but CK Property Services completed with another satisfied customer.

Crumbling cement on a window sill repaired and sealed to stop happening again.
(Inside same apartment adjusted internal doors to stop dragging on tiled floor when opening & closing + cleared away rubbish from front terrace area)
