Another lovely home completed for a new client. Great house and great people. And WHAT A TRANSFORMATION 3 days hard work make. 👏

All areas cleaned, scraped, prepped and repaired with many cracks and damaged areas and areas even never been rendered in the first place and several different colour combos. 🫣

All taken care of by us and then 3 coats of weather and UV resistant matte white professional acrylic paint. 💎✔️

All the metal work was thoroughly sanded and 2 coats of antirust oxiron black satin metallic paint. 🌟

Another happy customer after completed this beautiful villa. ✔️

All areas were jetwashed before making all necessary repairs, PVA sealing and re painting in UV resistant acrylic matte white paint with 2 coats to all areas. 💎

Finished with some black detailing to the stairs and the pool coronation and garden feature walls also painted in matte white for a very clean and fresh new look. 😁

This time on the lovely urbanisation of Villes De Vent in Javea. 😍

Lovely modern villa but at only two years old as with many properties on this urbanisation they were suffering with lots of cracks, damp issues and blown render... 🙄

We jetwashed, scraped it all back, pva sealed all the damaged areas before repairing them with monocapa to match the existing finish before sealing again and re painting in all weather proof acrylic matte white paint. 💎

This whole villa was painted in matte white All weather proof acrylic paint with two coats to all areas. With matte black detailing through the property. 🌟

All the metal work was sanded primed and finished with Oxiron anti rust gloss black metallic paint. 😎
