Service after the sale-why it makes a difference!
After purchasing a new inverter for his existing system, one of our customers noticed that the fan on his new hybrid inverter was running at night, even with a minimal load. As his bedroom was on the other side of the wall where the inverter was mounted, he found the noise was interfering with his sleep. He contacted us, wanting to know if there was anything that could be done to fix this.
We contacted technical support for the inverter manufacturer, and upon describing the issue, we were informed that a new version of the firmware was available that would address this issue. The next day we came to the customer's house, laptop in hand, and updated the firmware, and voila, the problem was resolved at no cost!
