The residence is designed to complement and expand existing L-shaped service block at the rear end of the plot.

It will have 4 large bedrooms including master bedroom, a spacious 42 sqm living room, a 15 sqm dinning room, a kitchen that is in-between the existing block and the designed residence and a 2nd floor half terrace.

The objective was to come up with a simple boxy house and boxy façade with only 2 contrasting color pallets (white and dark grey) which will ease the construction process as well as redefine interior spaces from the outside.

Luma hotel is planned to be a 4 star hotel, that intends to provide high-quality accommodations which is considered to be scarce in east Gojjam zone.

The design intends to relay on innovative and contemporary approaches that utilize passive techniques to provide comfortable and elegant interior as well as outdoor spaces.
