We specialise in the design of individual single-family houses and holiday homes. We cover the whole of Finland. The northernmost projects we have completed in Finland are in North Lapland, and the southernmost in the Turku archipelago. In addition to Finland, houses that we designed have been built in Sweden, Russia, Germany, France and Estonia. We have experience in various building materials. O
ur smaller projects have mainly been constructed on site using pre-cut wooden parts or logs. In larger projects we have used prefabricated wooden or concrete elements. Our wide experience in different methods of construction helps us finding the best combination for each project and purpose. Good architectural design starts from knowing the customer’s needs and wishes and familiarising yourself with the construction site and the opportunities and restrictions it presents. Whenever possible, our design service begins with a meeting at the building plot. In the meeting, we go through the customer’s wishes, needs, budget and get to know the site. After the meeting we draft a tender regarding the design that is required. If they so wish, we work with our customers on interior decoration and lighting design. As the principal designer of the project, we are also happy to help our customers through our partners, who can offer structural design, electrical wiring design and HPAC engineering services.
