Verkkosaaren Kelluva Showroom toteutetaan yhdessä Laattapiste-Pukkila kanssa.

Laattapiste-Pukkila tuo hankkeeseen osaamista kokonaisuudessa: keraamiset laatat, kylpyhuonekalusteet ja PVC-vapaat lattiapintamateriaalit. Ratkaisut ovat merkittävänä osana showroomin laatua, toimivuutta ja tulevien kelluvien kotien kokonaisuutta.

Verkkosaaren Kelluva Showroom toteutetaan yhdessä HTH Suomi kanssa.

HTH tuo hankkeeseen vahvaa osaamista keittiösuunnittelusta ja kalustekokonaisuuksista. HTH ratkaisut tukevat showroomin laatua, toimivuutta ja pohjoismaista muotoilua.

Vuonna 1966 perustettu HTH on yksi Pohjoismaiden tunnetuimmista keittiöbrändeistä. Showroomissa HTH keittiöratkaisut havainnollistavat, millaisia toimivia ja laadukkaita tilaratkaisuja tuleviin kelluviin koteihin tavoitellaan.

Verkkosaaren Kelluva Showroom rakentuu Bluetin suunnitteleman kelluvan perustuksen varaan. Betoniponttonien valmistuskumppanina toimii Marinetek.

Kelluva betoniperustus muodostaa showroomille vakaan ja turvallisen perustan ympäri vuoden. Marinetek on yksi Euroopan johtavista betoniponttonien valmistajista, ja sen ratkaisuja käytetään vaativissa meriolosuhteissa sekä Suomessa että ulkomailla.

Verkkosaareen rakentuu kauan odotettu kelluva asuinalue – ja ennen asuntoja paikalle valmistuu Kelluva Showroom.

Showroom rakennetaan suoraan tulevien kotien alueelle, jotta kävijät voivat kokea paikan tunnelman, merinäkymät ja kelluvan arkkitehtuurin toimivuuden aidossa ympäristössä. Rakennus toteutetaan samalla laatu- ja tyylitasolla kuin tulevat asunnot.

Bluet on saanut hankkeeseen mukaan joukon valikoituja suomalaisia yhteistyökumppaneita, joista jokainen vastaa omalta osaltaan projektin toteutuksesta.

Showroom tarjoaa tuleville asukkaille ja sijoittajille konkreettisen tavan ymmärtää, millaista elämä Verkkosaaressa tulee olemaan – ei kuvina, vaan koettavana tilana.
