From Shipping Container to Fully Finished Cabin

This build starts with a single shipping container and ends as a fully finished rustic cabin that looks straight out of a woodland getaway brochure.

The framing begins with a full timber roof structure anchored into the container’s corners, followed by board-and-batten siding wrapped around the steel shell for insulation and style.

A standing-seam metal roof, solid wood porch posts, and a full wraparound deck tie the whole structure together. The final result blends container durability with classic cabin aesthetics. The before-and-after difference is so dramatic it barely feels real.
