Boy are we glad that job’s finished, not a job we wanted to do in this heat but spurred on by some little vermin chomping some of our possessions we had to clear the first barn, clean, make some racking, have a clear out and re fill the barn 👍🏽

Round about 30 degrees today, Gill & I made a start on the racking in the first barn, a job that’s fallen off the list so many times

From the temporary repair in 2022 to stop the concrete falling off to the now much better repair all done

Well roof repair nearly done, a mish mosh of tiles but the end should now be water tight, a bit more to do and of course take the scaffolding down again but not today

Work starts again today now my safety officer has returned and I’ve almost recovered from cycling about 85km at the weekend, edge rows gone on today, fill in tomorrow, could have done without it being so hot up there

No rain for 10 days it said, so what happens, wind for the 2nd day this week and rain but the roof repair progressed, I think it’s time for on the ground working on my bike tomorrow
