Nous recherchons des agents d’entretien de jardins motivés et fiables pour rejoindre notre équipe à partir de mars/avril 2026.
Principales missions :
Tonte de pelouse, taille, désherbage
Entretien général des jardins
Utilisation d’outils et d’équipements de jardinage de base
Travail en équipe sur des sites privés et/ou commerciaux

Profil recherché :
Une expérience en entretien de jardins est appréciée mais non indispensable
Bonne condition physique et capacité à travailler en extérieur
Fiable, ponctuel(le) et esprit d’équipe
Permis de conduire indispensable
Bonnes compétences en communication

Langues : Français et/ou anglais parlé de base requis.
Vous devez être autorisé(e) à travailler en France et disposer d’un logement dans la région.

Garden Maintenance Team Members
Start date: mid March / April 2026
Finish late October/November
Contract: Seasonal CDD

We are seeking motivated, reliable Garden Maintenance Team Members to join our team starting March/April 2026.

Main duties include:
Lawn mowing, pruning, weeding
General garden maintenance
Use of basic garden tools and equipment
Working as part of a team on private and/or commercial sites

Profile:
Experience in garden maintenance is preferred but not essential
Physically fit and able to work outdoors
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Driving licence essential
Good communication skills
Language: Basic spoken French/English required.

Must be legal to work in France and have accommodation in the area.

GARDEN MAINTENANCE TEAM MANAGER

GARDEN MAINTENANCE TEAM OPERATORS

The Mountain Garden Company seeks motivated professional individuals to join our garden maintenance team.

We are a respected local business that is expanding year on year. Currently, we manage approximately 60 gardens on a two-weekly basis between April and end of November.

The position involves the following tasks:

Mowing, pruning, strimming, weeding
Remove dead plants and leaves
Soil preparation and enrichment
Planting, seeding, and watering
Safe use of professional equipment and materials (lawnmower, strimmer, leaf blower, hedge trimmer, etc.)
Equipment maintenance
Professional skills: Knowledge and technical proficiency in the trade. Compliance with instructions. Demonstrate professionalism. Teamwork. The ability to be autonomous. Outdoor work in all types of weather. Must have proof of the legal right to work in France for the duration of the contract (EU passport/working visa holder) Driving license is required. Equivalent to permis B - Véhicule léger.
Personal qualities: Serious. Careful. Reliable. Adaptable. Good communication skills. Language: Basic spoken French/English required. Experience: All levels of experience considered.
Position to be filled from April to end of November 2024. Full-time or part-time depending on the applicant's experience and skills.
