In February 2018, 18 candidates from all over the world gathered for the prestigious Bakery Masters competition. What if you now tried these recipes that dazzled the jury?

Throughout the history of Lesaffre bakery competitions, we were happy to meet Jimmy Griffin, artisan baker in Galway, Ireland, on several occasions. Candidate for the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie (Bakery World Cup), member of the juries for the 2008 Bakery World Cup, the Louis Lesaffre Asia Cup 2010, the Bakery Masters 2014, President of the jury for the Bakery World Cup 2016 and finally Technical Presenter during the last Bakery Masters 2018! What a career path for the man who is now Lecturer in Culinary Arts at the University of Dublin, and author of the book The Art of Lamination which bakers all over the world praise!

GB. Louison Delcour is a French baker located at HEM in the North of France. Like many bakers, he has to adapt to the conditions of the pandemic. In addition, he responded to our call to provide bread for a solidarity organization in Marcq-en-Baroeul for the most disadvantaged.
