A great afternoon last week at the MUSEUM OF TORONTO with curator CoRRiNNe Chong, PhD Corrinne Chong, getting a behind-the-scenes look at the new exhibition.
There are so many unexpected Toronto stories packed into this showâfrom CN Tower uniforms and Honest Edâs signs to brothels and raccoons. There are also adorable doll clothes on exhibit representing the Baby Derby - a Textile Museum artifact I had the chance to help work with during my internship, now on loan and on display in the exhibition.
Getting the inside scoop on how exhibitions come together and problem solving for the best visitor experience is always exciting for me. Thanks, Corrinne for such an interesting tour!
