Notre projet de restaurant Monsieur Claude à Rueil-Malmaison est à présent ouvert. Nous avons le plaisir de vous en dévoiler quelques photos.

Au cœur du nouvel écoquartier de l’Arsenal à Rueil-Malmaison, cet objet poétique et aérien s’illumine au fil des saisons. Intégré à notre programme High Garden, lauréat du concours international Inventons la Métropole du Grand Paris 2 en 2019, ce bâtiment suspendu révèle la notion d’espace commun sur la place publique Line Renaud. Symbole d’innovation et d’audace, Monsieur Claude rappelle la place significative du projet dans le développement de la métropole du Grand Paris.

Le bâtiment se compose d’un espace cuisine au 1er étage (90 m2), d’un restaurant au 2e étage (300 m2) et, en son sommet, d’un bar belvédère (230 m2).

Monsieur Claude, our restaurant project in Rueil-Malmaison is now complete, and we are pleased to share some photos with you.

At the heart of the new Arsenal eco-district in Rueil-Malmaison, this new poetic and aerial object lights up with the seasons. Part of our High Garden program, winner of the Inventons la Métropole du Grand Paris 2 international competition in 2019, this suspended building reveals the notion of shared space on Line Renaud public square. Symbol of innovation and boldness, Monsieur Claude is a reminder of the project's significant role in the development of the Greater Paris.

The building comprises a kitchen area on the 1st floor (90 m2), a restaurant on the 2nd (300 m2), and a rooftop bar at the top (230 m2).

🎤 Au Quartier Général, jeudi 6 février, Architects, not Architecture a accueilli Jean-Christophe Masson, cofondateur de l'agence, pour une conférence. Il a passé ce moment en compagnie de Corinne Vezzoni et Bernard Desmoulin. Un format original qui explore une part plus personnelle de l’architecte à travers son parcours, ses inspirations et ses rencontres.

Jean-Christophe a partagé son enfance à la Cité radieuse de Marseille, son éducation musicale, sa passion du football et ses sources d'inspiration artistique et littéraire. Humours et anecdotes ont ponctué cette présentation vivante. Une discussion croisée a suivi, animée par Jean-Philippe Hugron.

February 6th, at Quartier Général, Architects, not Architecture welcomed Jean-Christophe Masson, co-founder of the agency, for a conference. He was invited along with Corinne Vezzoni and Bernard Desmoulin. An original format that explores a more personal side of the architect through his career, his inspirations and his encounters.

Jean-Christophe shared his childhood in Marseille's Cité Radieuse, his passion for music and football, and his sources of artistic and literary inspiration. Humor and anecdotes were part of this lively presentation. A talk followed, moderated by Jean-Philippe Hugron.

Le projet Emblem à étant maintenant achevé, nous avons le plaisir de vous en dévoiler les photos.

À la confluence des infrastructures routières, ferroviaires et du Parc Matisse, cet emplacement stratégique est une nouvelle entrée de la ville de Lille.

Le projet se distingue par un socle identifié qui accueille deux belles émergences, offrant ainsi une structure ouverte et en connexion privilégiée avec le parc environnant. Il reflète une image à la hauteur des enjeux, avec un travail sur-mesure, ambitieux, cohérent et identifiable sans être ostentatoire.

Il devient un nouveau repère dynamique et vibrant pour la Ville, alliant innovation architecturale et respect de l’environnement.

Le programme est composé de 118 logements (68 logements accession et 50 logements locatifs) et de 9 000 m² de bureaux, pour une surface totale de 17 000 m².

The Emblem project in is now completed, and we are pleased to unveil the photos to you.

Located at the confluence of road and rail infrastructures and Matisse Park, this strategic location serves as a new gateway to the city of Lille.

The project stands out with its identified base hosting two beautiful emergences, thus offering an open structure in privileged connection with the surrounding park. It reflects an image commensurate with the stakes, with a bespoke, ambitious, coherent, and identifiable yet unostentatious approach.

With its scale and meticulous design, it becomes a new dynamic and vibrant landmark for the city, combining architectural innovation with environmental respect.

The program comprises 118 housing units (68 owner-occupied and 50 rental units) and 9,000 square meters of office space, for a total area of 17,000 square meters.
