Osteria BBR by Alain Ducasse

We wanted the interior concept to evoke the feeling of the sea and the culture of the region which it defines. We decided to the idea of the great sculpture which floats above the , suggesting perhaps a large blue fish, reflections animating its surface.

While designing Osteria BBR, we aimed to create a unique fusion of concept and context that is convivial and elegant, utterly contemporary, and yet still in harmony with the historic setting, and distinctly European while speaking to .

By day it is translucent and calm, a diaphanous silvery blue, then at night it is lit from inside to become more energized, more scintillating.

Osteria BBR by Alain Ducasse

Walking into the restaurant of Raffles Hotel Singapore, the guests’ attention is immediately arrested by a large, blue, and copper colored that appears to float above a large with a bar at the opposite end.

Within the open kitchen shared plates are prepared, hams and cheeses are cut, food is plated, and to either side a rotisserie and a pizza oven fire up. This is a real working kitchen where diners see everything prepared in front of them: it’s close and it’s immediate, very much in keeping with Asian food culture in which it is typical to see food prepared before you, either at a sizzling street food stall or across a sushi counter.

ORRIA - Entre tradition et modernité

Cette en se situe à la frontière entre la tradition - représentée par la salle ovale, son mobilier et ses boiseries restaurées - et la modernité amenée par sa silhouette distinctive, ses lignes douces et sa technique de fabrication en usinage 5-axes.

L’assise et son , en noir, font quant à eux écho au linoléum noir présent sur les tables « Recoura » tout en apportant de la souplesse pour un usage prolongé du mobilier.

Mutigny Resort Hotel - A Sense of Place

We designed the rooms at Mutigny Resort Hotel as an intimate setting in nature. 101 bedrooms in either standard, executive or suite style are furnished entirely with designs by Jouin Manku realised in , , , .

Orientated towards the exterior, the architecture is careful to ensure that only the view is visible from each room.

Kenshō – Seeing the Essence of Nature

The master suite is a Zen-like retreat inspired by asian myth and modern craftsmanship.

Silk and teak morph and weave a refined decor featuring specially designed furniture, lighting and art.
A custom woven silk bedhead frames the sleeping space.

Kenshō – Seeing the Essence of Nature

A play of layering and texture, the master suit’s living room is an inner sanctum of tranquility and elegance. The strength and tradition of teak comfortably frames the setting which is softened with extensive use of silk in the ceiling and wall panels, glass, and the rounded organic forms of the perfectly proportioned seating arrangement.

Generous and intimate, the master suite invites relaxed contemplation for an inner most circle.

BIOME - 15th ARRONDISSEMENT OF PARIS

The new typology of the façade preserves the rhythm and composition of the original façade - base, central body, and differentiated treatment of the crown.
It is adorned with a curtain wall that emphasizes the general constructive framework of the building. The curtain wall is punctuated vertically by large aluminum profiles aligned with the first-floor pillars and ends in the attic on the Zola side with a folded sheet metal cladding forming a crown.

This new envelope, which is energy efficient, also brings a new vibration to the building through the interplay of the glazed windows and reaffirms its presence in the city.

VAN CLEEF & ARPELS' SEOUL MAISON

From the interior of the Maison, the bay windows play on light, presenting a breathtaking view of the outside garden. While admiring jewelry creations, visitors can also glimpse the outside world, visible through vertical frosted glass decors that create a subtle suggestion of mist. Thanks to the bay windows, natural light penetrates into the Maison during the day while at night artfully created lighting sculptures flowing on air illuminates the interior of Seoul Maison.
