Another great job by Scotty. Do you know that new builds are just spray painted even the door hardware? To ensure the paint sticks to the wall Scotty applied primer over the top, then 2 coats to walls, ceilings and trim, waterproofed the bathroom (as there’s no window) and brought the hardware back to life .

Scotty has been hard at work with an entire house renovation. Complete painting of all the walls, ceilings, sanding and painting of wooden walls, doors and stair treads.

Pulling up Lino uncovers the underlay and 30 year old glue. Sanding, scraping, filling the gaps before further sanding and ready for a varnish.

This is just the kitchen/ salon that had not been renovated for 30 years. Scott spent a week just doing the floor removing 30 year old Lino and glue and sanding 3 times, filling with apoxy and varnishing. He’s washed everything with ammonia, plastered, primed, painted 3 coats, grouted, cleaned all the hinges, painted the door then designed the furniture layout. It’s so cosy. Bedroom, entrance, kitchen / salon done and just the old rotten bathroom to finish
