PLANNING PERMISSION OBTAINED:
Southern Down in the Vale of Glamorgan is a beautiful coastal area along the Glamorgan Heritage Coast and on behalf of our client, we obtained planning for a bungalow roof with a difference!

Radically different to surrounding properties, our pre-fabricated floor will be delivered and simply dropped on top of the bungalow, once the existing roof has been removed.

We're delighted to have achieved planning permission for something that could be perceived as quite radical in an area of beauty.

PLANNING PERMISSION OBTAINED:
We are delighted to have obtained planning permission for a beautiful £400K property in Cowbridge, Vale of Glamorgan.

A 6-bedroom property with a self-contained flat, the house offers the most dramatic countryside views, thanks to a 4-storey atrium with bridge connections between the two elements of the plan, and a stunning setting.

It is also home to the most expensive kitchen we've ever seen .. and the most expensive kitchen on show at last year's Grand Designs show!

DESIGN AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
We're currently working with a research laboratory in South Wales to create a new working space within a giant warehouse opposite their existing facility.

Our brief was to modify the space and create a range of rooms within the warehouse including offices, laboratories and experimental spaces.

Each room requires a different temperature and to do this, wall panels are insulated to different degrees and each room has air conditioning.

Stephen Waldron Architects completed the design and is now project managing external contractors who are installing testing equipment and specialist electrical work.

These are grant-funded works which we're delighted to be involved with from beginning to end.
