Final stage for the front done & dusted, Same blends used just reversed.

We’re Still a little behind from winter & the bad spell we had at the start of the year so we’re pushing through the jobs getting all the resin done that’s been waiting for better temps.

Full rip out again, Aco drains extended, manholes sorted, wall & coping, replacing the tired sunken lock block!

Front of this house is now an absolute masterpiece! ☑️

We have around 20m2 worth of grass Mac at a discount rate. Below I will list the benefits of this product instead of using grano dust or in some cases not the best but people will use sand with a wooden batten frame to secure the grass which should NOT be used & installed this way.

Another part done on 1 of our many jobs.

This property is getting the full works, back garden 3 tiers, driveway & the front garden/patio entrance.

Everything was ripped out, new buff/black stone wall with porcelain coping that we bull nosed the end ourselves, this job has loads of massive small details to it, the closer you look the more details you see!

The front garden has now been completed as weather has permitted us to lay resin, the driveway is next after we spend a few days getting another project ready for resin.

We started of with a blend of notre dame boarder, with the other boarder trafalgar blend then repeating these two blends into the small design & main patio colour!

We will keep you all updated on our projects, resin is an art it takes time patience & has to be spot on or it can go very wrong, we have a fully trained & certified team along with the two bosses Chris & Callum who are always there on the install days to do the install.

Something we don’t do a lot of is a thing called “overlays”

Not because it doesn’t look good or it doesn’t work because it does, we just have to let you know we can’t give you our 25yr guarantee because you haven’t used our full system.

It is a lot cheaper, still does the same job as being anti slip, uv protected bomb proof & very hard wearing.

If you do have an old concrete path/steps, patio or even driveway you can overlay it! We use our srm stabilising mesh to make it as solid as possible. We always tell you to get the full install because we only like doing our best & enjoy giving you that peace of mind you have 25yr guarantee on the product, but if your happy, don’t want to spend too much you can have a overlay with any colour you can think of to match your existing property or go all out with a really mad bold colour.

Resin bound is now becoming the worlds first choice for finishes especially the product we use VUBA which is the no1 brand of resin bound in the world & we’re installing it in Aberdeen & shire for you!

This is a little job we done tale end of last week since it only takes a few hours do the overlay & we had our first full few days of warmer temps & sunshine.

Last week one of the boss’s Chris attended one of vubas courses in Glasgow.

This time he didn’t turn up to do the course as we’ve all already done it, he attended & showed/talked about his time working with the product & to catch up with vuba.

He talked to all of the guys, showed them & gave some pointers along with Barry from A One Resin Driveways & Paving.

He also talked about the new vuba rend product as we have used it for the biggest wall ever done in vuba rend so he was able to let the guys know some tricks!

If anyone is looking to get trained up on installing the most popular thing since sliced bread there is a course on the 10th April & we will be there giving off some pointers & showing everyone how we install vuba resin 👌🏻

A day in the unit today cutting these porcelain slabs for coping stones using the bullnose tool to round off the edges for a neater finish 👌🏻

Another project opened up, due to poor weather & waiting for materials for another job being delivered from down south, we decided to jump onto this job.

Foundations dug out, concrete poured & ready do the blocks to build a raised patio area in resin with a new lawn, planters from treated wooden sleepers & a shed base for a future cabin/garden room.

Keep an eye out for this one in the next few weeks its going to be epic 👌🏻

*nip on summer* 😂 everything is pretty slow with the temps, rain & snow but we have plenty to do!

Showing you all how free-draining our prep is under the resin, this is at a time where the rain has been here for weeks, this is approximately 600litres of water dropped on the spot.

Instantly disappeared leaving no mush or soft ground.
