Gable and front reharled with white cement background and Skye marble chips.

Window was opened up to create patio doors at back of house, Picture frame window rendered in white cement.

Harling, side of garage, white cement, sky marble chips. Specialist. Nuff said 🤷‍♂️

These dormers were leaking badly, no underslate felt existent and slates in a unsalvageable state so when it rained outside it rained inside too.

Both roofs were stripped and slates scrapped, underslating felt fitted and reslated with brand new Spanish slate at customers request.

Fair difference now like, and also it no longer rains inside when it does outside 👌

This was completed end of last year, full strip of slates and sarking boards, rotten purlins replaced, skylight window done away with, new treated sarking boards fitted felted and reslated, guttering renewed also. All existing harling was hacked off, walls bonded, scratch and second coat then wet Harl finish. Also opened up the doorway on the right, removed existing rotten doors and posts then replaced with new on site made doors from treated timber by a third party

Here is the finished product of a Harling job just completed.

The existing was facing brick the same as next doors in the pic, all surfaces treated with pva bond and scratch coated. Ingoes renewed in smooth render, Harling with beige cement background and Derbyshire spar Harling chip.. Base coarse finished with smooth render. All window sills and concrete canopy painted with white masonry paint to finish it off.

Well it’s been a while..

This job was recently completed new flat roofs 80mm insulation boards with torch on 3 layer system and top sheet of black mineral. 3 vents also supplied and installed due to bad condensation occurring on the front of the building. The marks on the felt is just from refitting the tiles that were stripped to allow new felt properly up under the tiles 👍

This chimney stack had emergency service called as old deteriorating cans had broke with high winds and were ready to fall to the ground.
(or potentially on someone’s head) 😳😳

New cans were bed down then second coat of flush rub. Clay vented caps used to allow the chimney to breath as not in use anymore.
