A local job in Dulouch, the mess under this bath after a new panel was just installed 😔

Bath needed legs fitted to the floor , wastetrsp tightened and overflow and pipes work checked before panel back on , this hadn't been done a couple of weeks ago when panel was fitted 😔.

This job got a full antiviral and antibacterial clean
Full regrout with Antistain Technology grout.
New silicones .
New shower hose and rail.
Another very happy customer 👌

Customer bought this house 2.5 yrs ago and has never been able to remove that yellow stain !!!

Full regrout and resilicone ,and a braw clean tub 😉

So many folk trying to jump on my bandwagon these days .
Im here trying to fix fitters muck ups now Im even fix handymans silicone jobs .
Like they say , you get what you pay for .
If you want quality and it done properly thats what I'm here for with over 35yrs experience in tiling and bathrooms and finishings .

I served my time in this estate as a Aimes Taper for Richmond homes

Then found out I worked for the guy that fitted this bathroom .

Annaks customer had a problem with there Microban Grout falling out only a few years after install from the so called No1 bathroom company 😆 . Microban has a 25yr guarantee that really ain't worth the paper its printed on .
Regardless theres one way to use this stuff and only one way . It is a nightmare to work with but its what the customer wanted .
My Grout outstands Bals Microban 25yr guarantee 💯.

Prep work wrong , tile cut around pan 👎 , adhesive mixed wrong pfffff will I keep going...

Out with tiles and pan and skirting...YES SKIRTINGS , siliconed up all the edges .
Down with a new Oiled Slated Click Floorting , all skirting cut and finished with a solid chrome trim . This means no more painting the MDF skirting plus look at the difference "its pure class like" 😆

This is definitely up there with one of the hardest job's I've came across. Installation was totally wrong . Yes there was a tiled floor at the start . Cubicle got saved but the floor was totally goosed .
