Recent work, transformation of a damp room in Llanfairfechan.

Rising damp in a small room with poor condition walls. Doors coverd up, plaster hacked off up to 1.2m high walls tanked to prevent the damp. Wallpaper stripped ,walls and ceiling primed to skim, taking left to dry then drylined, Everything skimmed and skirting bords re fitted

Recent property transformation

Old tired cracked pebbledash hacked off back to the stone and brick. Webber stipple applied for a better key, 2 coats of sand and cement render applied too get a nice flat background too to stick new plastic angle and bell beads on, render mesh and expanding metal lath placed over the cracks and over joints between 2 different backgrounds. Finished with a webber scrapped render.
