This toilet was leaking & caused damaged to the ceiling below
Toilet removed & (as expected) the waste pipe internal ring that seals had somehow become dissconnected
Waste replaced = Sorted 👍
(Also patched up the base ring for the customer as it had become water damaged)
Just an example of some of the little jobs me & Mr Fix It Heating do 😊

Old toilet ball valve was letting water by so replaced with new - just an example of some of the small plumbing jobs myself & Mr Fix It Heating do 👍

Toilet replaced this week
…… (remembered to take a pic of something other than silicone!!! 😆 )
The old one had some crazy crazing going on with the porcelain so the customeres purchased a replacement & I just fitted it 👍
(Old one round lid - new one square lid)

Oh look…. SILICONE!
It’s just because I rember to take pictures of silicone that I seem to post it all the time 😆
Also covered the old tile end with plastic
This re-seal was because of a leak so before I started I removed the bath panel & checked all the plumbing first - the bath feet needed to be tightened up so did thus before the re-seal
Nice & clean & white! 👍

Been a busy couple of weeks working with Mr Fix It Heating on this bathroom
….. Have to mention how lovely our customers have been on this one 😊 makes it all that little bit more worth while!

& over-boarded the ceiling too
