I uncovered some lovely family history whilst working on a property this week. The existing wallpaper was to be removed before new wallpapers installed. It was so nice to uncover my Dadcu’s (grandfathers) signature and date on the wall 🥰, it’s says J Middleton, Decorator, Taliesin, 1958. This was 68 years ago, when he was just 27 😳! This is a tradition that decorators leave a name,date etc, so I’ve included my name under his! Quite ironic as it’s exactly 11 years today that we lost him 😢, I hope he’s looking down and proud that I’m continuing in his footsteps ❤️

What a pleasure it was to have been chosen to undertake the external makeover to the previous Kane’s bar to the new wonderful Tŷ Seidr Bar & Bottle Shop. A HUGE amount of preparation work went it to every single detail of this old building, to include all repairs to the sash windows and to bring them all back to life, all the masonry walls also had hours of preparation and we are very happy with the end result. The phone lines have been extremely busy with new enquiries recently.
We are completely fully booked for external work for this year and are currently booking external work in for Spring 2024.

We do have some availability left for interior decorating work this year, but again it’s filling up fast 💨!

Having plenty of calls with people wanting work done within 2 weeks of calling, I’m sorry that just isn’t going to happen!

Book early to avoid disappointment 🎨 👍
