😍 Living room makeover from a while ago

✨There was quite a bit of preparation required on a couple of the worst walls due to wallpaper removal. Originally the client was going for a two tone colour look as can be seen, but decided in the end to embrace the darker shade, with breathtaking results.
🎨Paint was AR2 in white for ceiling, Down Pipe in modern emulsion on the walls and then Tikkurilla Everal Aqua 40 in white for the woodwork.

Another Upvc spray colour change. This time a new two tone conservatory was installed but they managed to reuse the perfectly good existing French doors, the only thing required was to make the inside face white, job done ✅ 👌

Beautiful looking imported hand screenprinted wallpaper from Bradbury and Bradbury in California, USA, hung a couple of months ago in west Oxford.

This was a new challenge as the paper was ‘untrimmed’, but thanks to a great tip on a method of cutting from this part of the process went relatively smoothly.

White to Anthracite!

This was a job at short notice to help out a window fitter where there had been a misunderstanding and a white window was installed but an anthracite grey (Ral 7016) was required. Usually it’s just the outside we would spray but this was both inside and out. This was done at a much reduced cost compared to replacement and in a much shorter time scale. And the finish is 👌✨

Ceilings in Albany Vinyl Matt in white. Walls in Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt in Pebble Shore. Woodwork Tikkurila Everal Aqua 40 in Dulux Rock Salt. Wallpaper was from Laura Ashley.

From last summer, one of a few wooden sash windows that hadn’t faired too well with two pack filler repairs, so time to step it up to a resin based repair system, which should last much longer. Using Repair Care tools and fillers 🤛🏻and Sadolin Superdec gloss to prime and finish.👌🏻

Transformation of these uPVC French doors from brown to white, to match in with the newly installed set on an extension. Sprayed in a highly durable two part polyurethane coating.

At a cost around a quarter of new doors, don’t replace when you can renew.

A badly faded composite front door revived using an industrial coating in Ral colour 9005 (Jet Black) in a satin spray finish. 💥
