Another IDC designed house application has been submitted. These large family homes will help to tidy up this area of Accrington.

Plans for two five-bedroomed semi-detached homes on a former fly-tipping hotspot in Accrington have been submitted.

The new service yard building at Accrington Cemetery has been handed over and is now in use. The staff welfare facilities are a massive improvement on the previous accommodation and the new building is super insulated, air tight, has heat recovery ventilation, underfloor heating, solar panels and rainwater harvesting, all of which will contribute to very low running costs.

Work is nearing completion on the replacement service yard facility at Accrington Cemetery. We designed the building to compliment the retained gothic buildings on the site whilst also being functional and cost efficient.

The team at The Intelligent Design Centre were please to be involved in producing a scheme to create a terrace at the Accrington Cricket Club clubhouse. The club will be fundraising in 2022 to raise money for building the terrace so keep a look out for the details.
