🎅🏽 🎄 MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM SMF 🎄🎅🏽

Wishing all of our followers, people who like and share and customers (new and old) a very merry Christmas..

2024 was an excellent year with lots of amazing projects that we have either taken on or just been involved in.. and 2025 is looking great too.

I personally Would like to thank everyone who has contributed towards SMF through sharing or word of mouth.

Before, After and During on this beautiful 50sqm extension in Hadley, Telford.

On this particular project there was a tired not fit for purpose conservatory (too hot in summer and too cold in winter) and an old damp concrete roof outhouse.

Installed… footings, insulated block and beam floor, insulated block and brick work with a beautiful toothing detail towards the top, insulated roof, structural steels, roof lanterns with amazing light detail, plaster, paint, skirts and much more.

Couldn’t have done this amazing build if it wasn’t for Foster Architecture & Design for getting it through planning and getting drawings ready for us to proceed.

Big thanks to the suppliers and tradesmen who assisted with making this masterpiece.

Work is now well under way of this rear build extension in Telford.

Started off by taking down pre fab garage, removal of existing conservatory and out concrete roof outhouse.

All brickwork has been removed and aprox 35 tonnes of rubble, concrete and soil has been taken away to bring it down to the required depth.

Next stage the digging of the footings 💪🏽💪🏽

In this project we have transformed a too hot too cold conservatory into a lovely area which can be used all year round finished off with a beautiful bifold door.

🪚installation of new windows with new bifold

🪚replacement of kitchen/diner ceiling
🪚re wire of kitchen with new spots
🪚new spots in conservatory area
🪚under floor heating
🪚plateboarded and skimmed

Recently completed project.
On this project we turned an unused - too hot - too cold conservatory into a lovely room that can be enjoyed all year round.
Finished with a beautiful roof lantern and two bifold doors we have created this amazing space and I’m sure it will be enjoyed for many years to come.
Big thanks to my suppliers Emerys Builders Merchants and of course what it all sits on and no one sees but couldn’t be built without.. PEZ concrete pumping and liquid screed floors.
Thanks to the other trades Pete for the brickwork. Albright Electrical for the sparks and RCD Plastering for the finish to the internal walls.
And of course the customer for doing a top job on the painting and relaying the slabs.

Thanks once again all involved and the lovely customers for trusting me with making their house a home.

A recent job carried out by the team here at SMF Installations.
We were asked by Phoenix Consortia a company who we work closely with to install this beautiful Naturalight Systems naturalspan barrel.
The finished product looks stunning and the light gain it has created in their main lobby area is amazing.
