We are looking for a part time colleague to help us with some new exciting contracts. They will be working three days one week and two the next, starting at the beginning of June until the end of October 2023.

- Experience useful but not essential
- Ideal for a semi-retired or self employed person

📣 Announcement 📣

We are delighted to announce that in our first year of maintaining Wareham St. Marys Priory Cemetery, they have been awarded Gold for the South & Southeast in Bloom Churchyard of the Year 2022 🏆

This prestigious award is based on a point system and focuses on many of the areas we work on including, conditions of the infrastructure, overall appearance of the site, cultivation, maintenance as well as the environment, conservation, and pride of place.

Wareham St. Marys Priory Cemetery received enough points to achieve the Gold award! Some of the fantastic comments made by the assessors included:

✅Wildflowers and wildlife generally are being encouraged.

✅The more formal areas around the graves were immaculate, the mowing regime just right and everywhere was tidy and litter free, while the wilder areas at the margins fit well with the wildlife projects seen in other parts of Wareham.

✅An area which looked most attractive was the Church Green at the entrance outside, where smaller trees of suitable types have been recently planted, types that will not cause any future problems with roots or excessive top growth but will be admired in years to come for their flowers and berries.

We are so proud to have played a part in winning this award as it reflects the hard work and dedication, we put into the grounds of the Wareham Cemeteries we maintain! 
Thank you to all the WGM team and congratulations to Wareham Joint Burial Committee, whom we work very closely with, for the award.

Christmas is nearly upon us (I know crazy right?!) which only means one thing…our Christmas Trees are back 🥳
