What goes into an Appeal? 👀

Appeals come in all shapes and sizes dependent on the complexities from written representation to formal hearings.

✅ The benefits to applicants are that they are totally independent meaning local politics are set aside.

⚖️ Appeals can go one of 2 ways and are often a poker face scenario where you don’t know what the inspectorate is thinking.

You may get a hearing you may not the choice unfortunately is not yours! 🙈

❌ With UK averages being 1/3 of applications being passed and only 57% of applications being approved.

✅ In contrast 96% of our applications for our applicants have been won at appeal with some also being awarded the costs.
