Our latest project has just completed in the beautiful Cheshire Village Prestbury. We enjoyed working in collaboration with The Llama Group, who are not your typical Architects; they are a complete turn key service that incorporates Architecture, Interior Design and Managed Construction. This open, generous space gave us the freedom to indulge in making a statement - with two islands spanned by a Solid Oak Butchers Block - offering a seating and socialising area that certainly does not lack in a flair for creativity. The modern clean lines were kept fresh by the lacquered Poggenpohl doors which were paired with a Dekton Ceramic worktop – the Darker Diamond Grey alongside the Micron Dekton, and the lighter Opal Grey with the Kovik Dekton. This colour pallet was a layering of tones that were cool, and the Natural solid Oak gave a warmer, homelier feel along with the Lacanche range. We cannot leave out the mQuvee Winekepper Exclusive Full Glass push/pull wine cooler, and the Filo Miro Stainless steel Canopy hood. We wish the family many happy years in our Poggenpohl kitchen and look forward to many more projects with the Llama group.

Integrated into cabinet systems or as stand-alone elements in the kitchen, living room and office – with its fully retractable pocket doors, Stage makes for surprising moments. Stage REVEALS its interior when the doors are pushed into the side walls. Depending on the selected features and design, the series discloses its practical or its luxurious side.

The scene The Treasure of Arthur has a mystical effect. Associations with medieval castles and mysteries shrouded in legend appear. Anthracite-coloured ceramic surfaces with significant, light veins cover the two kitchen blocks that zone the room and are connected by a narrow board in oak veneer to form a total length of an impressive 6 metres. A dark-coloured quartz stone composite is used as a worktop. The multifunctional, floor-to-ceiling cupboards are particularly mysterious and secretive. Additional work areas are concealed behind innovative folding sliding doors.

Drawers provide space for food storage at room temperature. In storage boxes, fruit and vegetables are separated from one another for optimized storage, lids serve to keep light out preserving sensitive contents. In the bread container, the clay insert regulates the release of moisture and the cover made of oiled solid wood can also be used as a cutting board.

Calacatta generously spans the corpus with spacious drawers and shelves in warm walnut. A signature piece designed by Jorge Pensi. Long-standing collaborations with internationally renowned architects and designers takes on special meaning at Poggenpohl. In exchange with these creative talents, true kitchen icons are born. The +MODO line is an example of this successful symbiosis. Pensi Design Studio and Poggenpohl translated the concept into an unmistakable design vocabulary as part of a joint development process, which continues to receive accolades around the world to this day.
