We have an open position for an Office Co-ordinator (Maternity Cover) to start as soon as possible.
We are looking for someone who will serve as a crucial link between our clients and engineers, ensuring seamless operational procedures and robust customer service.
Responsibilities would include:
* Managing engineer diaries to optimise workflow and client service.
* Overseeing client account management, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
* Tackling service administration tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
We would require
* Proven experience as an administrator or similar role.
* Strong customer service focus with the ability to build relationships with clients and staff.
* High level of organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
