Carried out a magnacleanse flush for a customer today. We noticed on a boiler service the magnetic filter was very dirty, even though boiler was only a few years old.
We added cleaning chemicals into the system to leave for a few days and then flushed the system one radiator at a time. You can see the difference in colour of the pipes before and after the double filters.
The system is now cleaner with the radiators working more effectively and inhibitor was added to protect from future sludge build up.

Installed a magnetic filter for a customer today. The filter catches sludge and debris in the system. This protects the boiler and radiators increasing efficiency and the life of the system.
We also replaced the leaking filling loop so the customer can now fill the system easily and without it leaking!

Took out this old rusty boiler with a dodgy DIY paint job and replaced with a new 10 year warranty Baxi combi boiler.
We also replaced all the old radiators for improved efficiency and removed the need for the old cylinder and header tanks. The customer now has instant hot water and peice of mind for 10 years with the new warranty.

Had a boiler replacement this week, old boiler was over 20 years old and had rusted out the bottom causing numerous issues!

We installed a new 30kw combi with a 5 year warranty. The system was flushed and cleaned as you can see from the magnets all the muck that was pulled out of radiators. The system is now protected with a magnetic filter and a dose of inhibitor. The customers heating is now much more efficient and effective 👌

Full strip down service on this Ideal Logic today.
This involves taking it all apart, cleaning the heat exchanger, burner and injector which ensures efficient combustion. Changed the gasket seal, charged the expansion vessel, cleaned magnetic filter and bled radiators.
All this ensures boiler and system is working effectively and safely.
Proper servicing ensures the life of boiler for years to come.

Installed a new boiler for a customer who had been without heating for hot water for a few days.
Old boiler was over 20 years old and very low efficiency.
We got the new A rated boiler with 5 year warranty installed next day. Customer now enjoying hot water with lower bills and improved performance 👌

Completed a few emergency boiler swaps just before Christmas. Each customer was struggling to find anyone this time of year, but in collaboration with RND Plumbing & Heating we got it done working overtime.
Each had no heating or hot water, but now can enjoy a warm home with family over Christmas with a 10 year warranty for peace of mind 👌

Had a customer experiencing luke warm hot water and the central heating took ages to get hot.
The photos show how badly the flow and return pipes were blocked with muck! It's amazing it worked at all.
I replaced the old rubber hoses with the new upgraded all copper ones 👌

Had a cooker install this weekend. It needed a new external gas run as it wasn't possible inside. All done as neat as possible and re-done cooker connection as original stopped cooker going in fully. All working and tested for safety 👌

Found a gas leak today during an annual gas safety check. I found a large drop in pressure on the system and using leak detection spray found it was on the meter regulator.
The system was made safe and the emergency provider were called to replace the leaking regulator.
This was in a nursery and shows the importance of annual gas safety checks to avoid potentially dangerous situations!
