⭐️STUNNING TRANSFORMATION OF LISTED PROPERTY⭐️

We are delighted with the outcome on this project to resurrect an 18th Century Listed dwelling which had fallen into disrepair.

A full remodel together with some sympathetic extensions have breathed new life into this building and created a stunning family home.

The death of Her Majesty The Queen last Thursday has been a source of grief across the nation, the Commonwealth and the world.

The nation is now readying itself for The Queen's State Funeral on Monday 19th September and as a mark of our respect, we will be closing the office with services resuming on Tuesday 20th September.

We send our warm wishes and greatest sympathies to King Charles Ill and to the Royal Family.

Planning Application recently submitted on behalf of Plean Precast to construct new headquarters.

The building will also serve to showcase their very own bespoke pre-cast cladding products.

TRANSFORMATION TUESDAYS

Completed last year, this project in Muckhart consisted of an entire internal remodel of a modest 2 bedroom cottage and the construction of a large rear extension to create a modern family home.

We are delighted to have recently been granted Planning Permission to redevelop a brownfield site in Plean, Stirling to create a bespoke development of 10 luxury homes.

Planning Application submitted this week to Perth & Kinross Council for 27 houses.

We have a resident 3D artist who assists with the planning process through the production of rendered images and animations. These also help convey our designs to our clients providing us with a valuable communication tool.

Today we attended the official opening of our Queen Street development; carried out by the Minister for Local Government and Housing, Kevin Stewart MSP.

We are immensely proud to have designed this 48 unit project which is Scotland's first off-site manufactured housing development built to the Gold Standard for Sustainability.

A phased development in Glasgow's Southside completed last year.

Phase one consisted of the conversion of a listed hotel into five bespoke dwellings, while Phase two saw the construction of fourteen luxury apartments.
