On this one we demolished two old sheds that were joined onto this garden anex and built a new extension forming a office space and also a bedroom space. Anthracite ship lap cladding and rubber roof membrane was used to give the customer a maintenance free building.

Kitchen renovation we recently carried out including part garage conversation to form utility space and downstairs toilet, we also removed a load bearing wall and installed timber beam to engineers specifications giving the customer a lovely open plan living space. Lvt plank effect flooring was also fitted through out.
