Great to see our split-level extension project in Marple, Stockport nearing completion. This unique single storey rear extension has been carefully designed to respond to the natural contours of the sloping site, creating a seamless connection between the home, garden and surrounding landscape.

The carefully considered palette of timber, glass and textured finishes allows the new addition to sit comfortably within its setting while creating a striking modern contrast to the existing property.

Using the split-level site to full advantage, the design introduces a spacious entertainment suite at lower ground floor level, complete with expansive glazing and dual access points opening directly onto the garden. Flooded with natural light, the interior creates a calm and inviting atmosphere, blurring the boundary between inside and out.

Above, the elevated terrace connected to the existing first floor kitchen captures panoramic views across the landscape and provides a spectacular space for relaxing, dining and entertaining throughout the year.

With the final landscaping touches now underway, the project is almost complete, and our clients are excited to begin enjoying this beautifully designed contemporary living space.

It’s all happening on-site at our house transformation in Hale, and it’s definitely all starting to come together.

Side, rear and first floor extensions have been added to the property, and internal alterations have been made to reconfigure the existing layout and create a more cohesive and functional family home.

From the new bespoke entrance door and porch design, to planning the new family kitchen, streamlined tv walls, new bathrooms/en-suites, walk-in wardrobes and even a dog spa area …. everything has been thought through carefully and designed to give our clients (and their dog) their dream home.

Great to see one of our previous projects still looking fabulous and currently on the market.

One of a pair of semi-detached properties designed with period feature references and exceptional external detailing such as angled bays with multi coloured brickwork patterns, feature chimney stacks, string courses, carved stone and bracketed eaves creating the required style and reflecting details from the other original Victorian houses on the same road, making them look like they belong.

This beautifully presented five-bedroom family home combines modern design with high-quality finishes throughout.

The ground floor has been thoughtfully designed with open-plan living in mind. A stunning kitchen flows seamlessly into the spacious dining and lounge areas, creating a perfect space for both everyday family life and entertaining.

We are extremely lucky to work on some beautiful period properties, and this apartment renovation project was no exception.

A stunning contemporary Bulthaup kitchen was installed by Kitchen Architecture with design and function going hand-in-hand in this sleek and fuss-free cooking space.

A cleverly concealed design hides the kitchen away when it’s not in use behind smart anthracite doors, with hidden elements such as walnut internals and a pantry adding a bit of luxury to this minimal but striking palette.

Pocket doors create storage for utensils, tableware and small electrical appliances and keep the floor clear.

The solid island block hides the oven from view and the utility room can be accessed via a discreet door.

Clean lines make a statement against the beautiful period features and definitely give this property the wow factor!
