Spray foam insulation ⚠️ ⛔️
If you have spray foam insulation seek advice on having it removed it’s literally rotting your roof battens and rafters from the top down, this is due to you roof being unable to breathe and dry out naturally. This is the first time we’ve come across it on a job but know there was a period where it was a new fad to have done but the consequences people are left with will only escalate the longer it’s left.

If you remember our stranger things video this is the vast improvement to the front roof. Beefing up structure with new 6x2 rafters. Ready to receive felt and battens and new tiles.

Kitchen/dinning room extension in Altrincham. Double opening crittall doors lead from the garden to an open plan extension dinning and lounge area, passed that you go into the newly formed main base of the house the kitchen area with 2.4m island, plenty of cupboard space and Belfast sink with 5 in one quooker boiling tap.
