We are seeking a reliable and hardworking labourer to join our team. You will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist with the completion of construction projects and will need a keen eye for detail and a tidy nature. This is a very hands-on role.

Essential:

⁠🔘 Must be capable of laying kerbs, pavers and drainage with ease.
🔘 Having a good eye for levelling of stones.
🔘 Must be 21 or over and hold a full UK driving licence.
🔘 Must be able to work well within a team.

Desirable:
🔘 ⁠Tarmacing and/or surfacing equivalent experience preferred but not essential.
🔘 Plant experience preferred but not essential.

Skills:
🔘 Ability to work well in a team environment.
🔘 Knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
🔘 Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
🔘 Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines.
🔘 Pride in your work!

As we are a primarily a resin company, you may be tasked with laying resin surfacing. Training will be provided for this.

If you are a motivated individual who enjoys working with a team and contributing to the completion of construction projects and helping a small business grow, we encourage you to apply for this position. Having your own van is definitely a plus. Wage is negotiable!

Resin Bound vs Resin Bonded – What’s the Difference?

We’re often asked why we only install resin bound surfaces, so here’s a quick explanation 👇

🔹 Resin Bound
The resin and stone are fully mixed together before being laid, creating a smooth, seamless and permeable surface that allows water to drain through.

🔹 Resin Bonded
Resin is applied first and loose stones are scattered on top. This creates a rougher finish, is not permeable, and stones can come loose over time.

👉 Why we’ve always installed Resin Bound:

✔ More durable & longer lasting
✔ Low maintenance
