Nice straight forward one this morning 🙂. Cleaning and disinfecting cold water storage cisterns for a care home.
I tell you what I'm soooo glad that the sun stayed hidden today. It would've been torture in a loft with the sun we've had over the last few days.🥵🥵

Call out late hours last night. Water pouring through the ceiling of a care home😬.
Took the floor up to find a screw through a pipe. The screw was installed months/years ago but has only now shown because the screw had rusted away.

Safe to say that isn't what kerosene is meant to look like 🙈.
A little tip, if you're having a delivery of oil for your boiler, then switch it off for a couple of hours to allow any sediment in the tank to settle after delivery. Luckily it was simply clean/change filters to get it back up and running again. Could've been a lot more expensive if it had damaged the boiler.
