Replacement of a leaking shower area in an en-suite, water was getting in behind wall boards and tray, and shower valve was also leaking from a couple of joints. Flooring was also damaged from the water, replaced and new tray fitted. Stripped out re-boarded and tiled, new enclosure and door fitted. Ceiling skimmed and painted, spot lights replaced and fan fitted

Little cloakroom this week, new flooring, new concealed cistern and toilet and freshened up paint work

Bathroom full of leaks and problems upgraded. Lot of work digging up concrete floor to move waste/soil pipes to get achieve a better layout

Bathroom upgrade in a multi let property, rotten floor joist had to be replaced as well as fully re-boarded and skimmed. Very old property and an odd shape with tricky access made it a bit of a challenge

Converted this unusable/cold part of a multi-let property into a warm clean space complete with good size shower room. Removed plastic roof and replaced with a well insulated flat warm roof with rubber membrane. Thanks to Chris Bain for the installation of the rubber membrane.

Lot of work gone into this one, wallpaper stripped, ceilings prepped and skimmed, dark stained doors, skirtings and architraves sanded and finished in satin white. Walls required a lot of attention, finished in dulux spring meadow.

En-suite completed, removed bath, bidet basin and W/c. Installed a large walk in shower with a seat, basin and w/c units. Re-plastered, decorated, floor and wall tiling.

An office revamp for a local business , walls removed steels installed to open up office space. Kitchenette and toilet fitted to staff area , a new desk/counter space created for an open feel office. All plastering/painting and floor tiled.

Nice modern update to this kitchen area , skimmed ceiling and walls and redecorated with dulux Matt finish with white satinwood on doors and skirtings. Amtico click vinyl flooring. Kitchen from magnet.

Nice new up to date and modern look for this kitchen/dining/utility area. Including skimming of ceilings and walls, redecorating through out, amtico dusky walnut flooring right through. Metro tiles in kitchen area with a grey grout to tie in nicely with the colour scheme.
