has just completed a full kitchen and bathroom renovation in the same house for a very nice couple in
All work carried out diligently by GJC (except electrics) and everything is brand new.

The old bathroom didn’t have a shower, so the customers are loving the new addition to their now fresh & inviting space 🚿. Work included:
• Rip out
• Floor replaced (damaged due to previous leak)
• All new plumbing
• Walls tanked
• Shower pump
• New water tank in loft
• New bath, toilet/sink/vanity unit
• Shower & shower screen
• New towel radiator
• Marble effect porcelain wall tiles from
• LVT flooring

Plus, a new water tank has been fitted in the loft as the old tank was not compatible with a new shower pump.

Customer will be completing the painting themselves.

• Over boarded ceiling to remove artex plus dry lined

A new family bathroom for this customer everything down to a new door frame ☺️.
This transformation included:
✅ Full rip out.
✅ 1st & 2nd fix plumbing.
✅ Batten walls for new moisture board.
✅ Tank walls with bw1 tanking solution.
✅ fitted Aqua panel tiles.
✅ LVT flooring installed.
✅ new bath,toilet,sink/vanity unit, shower and shower screen.
✅ new towel radiator.
✅ new door frame and oak door installed .

The customer plastered and painted the bathroom themselves.
