Day 25 of 25 for our HSA advent calendar.

We finish off our advent calendar with this stunning large koi pond that we carried out the following work on.

Pump house, frames and insulated using Celotex insulation, this also providing a corner frame for the cladding to screw too.

Cladco Silver grey composite wall cladding sheets fitted throughout the pond,

Cladco 60mm Charcoal composite corner trims,

Cladco charcoal composite bullnose board for underneath the viewing window of the pond, and above,

Pump house door trimmed to match,

Custom gate made using the same composite paneling and framed to match.

One of our bigger jobs from the summer,

Our customer contacted us after purchasing 18 of 21 Garages just off hedge end road from Aster, but they needed alot of love, looking abandoned and derelict, we were tasked with bringing them back to life.

Walls and ceilings required alot of prep work prior to painting as they were not in the best condition overall, peeling paint from previous damp issues needed to be addressed, sticky stuff on walls and ceilings.

Peeling paint sealed with Zinsser UK Peel stop,

Skim filled using Easifill20,

Primed using Zinsser Gardz,

Walls painted in Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt, Rock salt & Gentle Lavender on the TV wall.

Ceilings painted in Albany Paint and Wallpaper Anti reflex ceiling paint,

Doors, skirting, arcitraves, window boards painted in DPure brilliant white satinwood.

A large bedroom we had the pleasure of transforming prior to the client having new flooring fitted.

Walls and ceilings required alot of prep work prior to painting as they were not in the best condition overall.

Walls sealed using Zinsser UK Gardz and skim filled where required.

We also replaced the broken folding doors with matching internal doors, 2 new doors hung.

We were contacted by a local roofing team who were appointed to carry out some roof repairs following damaged caused from spray foam insulation removal.

We removed all the loose spray foam insulation that had been left behind by foam removal people,

Removed and disposed of all old insulation,

New base layer of insulation installed,

Raised timber frame built to accommodate additional insulation,

Additional layer of insulation installed,

Whole loft area boarded.

We were appointed by the builder to do the decorating following the living room / kitchen being turned into open plan and having extensive work done inside.

We had lots of areas that needed prep work following the wall being knocked down, new kitchen and media wall being done.

Ceilings painted in Tikkurila AR ceiling paint,

Walls painted in Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt pure brilliant white,

Doors, arcitraves, skirting, window boards painted in Dulux trade satinwood pure brilliant white.
