On the face of it seeing the result people would be forgiven for thinking this was a modest or simple bathroom to do as this is what I thought when I priced it up . FAR FROM IT !
The more I stripped out the more work I uncovered . Ceiling redone and skimmed , adjoining wall reboarded and skimmed , lathe and plaster stood no chance with removal of wet wall panels and the whole floor was replaced due to a combination of rotten / damaged boards , access to move plumbing and the need to accommodate underfloor heating . After a lot of sweating and swearing this was the result for a lovely new customer in Goodworth clatford.
She loves it as it suits her cottage a treat ! Sympathetic to the 120 year old house but with a bit of a modern twist . Tiles supplied by County Tile Warehouse Ltd . The designer ( the lovely Meg) from Woodstock Plumbing & Heating Supplies Ltd hit the nail on the head with this one !

From a cheeky little job to a slightly bigger one ! This kitchen completed in the latter end of 2025 .
Came with its own set of challenges this one with dodgy plumbing to be corrected and moved to accommodate the integral washing machine and crumbling render due to damp / water ingress amongst other things !
Turned out nice though for a lovely young family in Andover.

Here is a cheeky little job from back in the summer for my favourite customer of all time ( and I’m not just saying that because she my mum ! 😉)
Very keen gardeners need a good place to use facilities and clean up etc so when asked if I could convert this storage room / shed into an outside w/c naturally one scratched one’s head and this was the outcome !
Befores and afters and even got to try my hand at a small section of rendering …. Actually turned out quite good ! 👍

Well firstly ( if I can still say this ) happy new year all . I have been very slow updating my page due to a VERY busy second half of 2025 . Us tradies have something known as “ the nightmare before Christmas “ where there is a big push to wrap jobs up before crimbo and 2025 was no exception ! In fact it seemed to start in September ! I have many posts to share but rather than bombard I am going to spend the next couple of weeks drip feeding posts .
Wishing everyone a happy , healthy and prosperous 2026 .

Tight turn at the bottom of the stairs and 8ft x 4ft aqua panel to fit in the bathroom …. Time to think outside the box and make a cheeky little peekaboo access through the car port ! If it works it works ! Shower area revamp for one of my oldest and dearest friends !
Sometimes it’s not about A + B equalling C …. Sometimes you have to ( professional term ) wing it !!
