The Day of The Echinops!!! What was a small plant last year that failed to do anything even remotely spectacular has now taken over half of the bed and is knocking everything out of its way with its golf ball sized heads. I can't be too cross with it though, it is going to be wonderful when it flowers and the bees will be in heaven!

Who else is in love with bobbins?!
I got these candlesticks from for my birthday after lusting after them for about a year and making many many hints to the other half.

They are packaged in a beautiful blue and white striped box. I did give a small squeal when I opened them
