A regular driveway we recently got done in Finchampstead. We had done the neighbours a few years back so the client wanted us to come and get theirs done.
Dug out and based with type 1 MOT then screeded and finished with a 3 sized traditional block.
Photos don’t do it justice but nonetheless the client was happy with the finish.

Love doing these. A traditional cut and pitch roof with a large rear dormer built in Wokingham.
We love having a stack of timber on the ground and then making a structure that will last. Now that is satisfying….to us.

Once again been a bit busy to post, but some more photos of the extension shell project we done in Wokingham last year.

Some big boy steels going in to hold up the back part of the existing house with acro props and needles everywhere, I think 40 acros in all. Best to be safe than sorry.

Got our friend Dennis in with the crane which made light work lifting the beams over, although there was a couple of squeaky bums truth be told.
It was a good days work with all connections bolted and everything spot on level and plumb 👌🏼

Thank you again to everyone at for the supplying and fabricating the steels. We wouldn’t use anyone else.

Foundation pads dug out, a bit tight digging by hand but job got done. Re-bar drilled into existing foundations on one side and mesh in the pad on the other.
Steel columns propped ready then concreted into place.

More to follow on this project shortly.

Removed the old steel trap doors to the old pub The Havelock arms in Wokingham and in-filled.
The old doors served their purpose many moons ago but now had to be removed as they were an eye sore and letting in the elements.
We laid 2 skins of block work belly down with weep hole vents towards the bottom to allow water to drain through, there was a drain inside the cellar it would divert to.
Once block work was completed we black jacked the outer skin then filled in the old steps. Then compacted the base and laid tarmac.
Another client happy.

Got a call from the local shop. Someone had drove between the barriers and into the shop damaging one of the structural piers, this one holding a steel supporting part of the roof.
We supported the steel beam then got to work taking down the damaged pier.
Built back up using high newton celcon blocks for the interior and concrete for the external wall.
Once we were done the shop owner got shop fitters to refit the shop and the outside glazing.
Job done 👌🏼

Another patio project we completed. Replaced the existing concrete slabs with a more colourful bark Indian sandstone. We installed an Aco drain channel system from the back of the garage, down the side to the front. As always we use the polymer cement channels with the steel grates, because they look better than the plastic ones.
This job we used a new grout which was the pro joint rapid flow in light grey, which we found a good product not just to use but for the finish.
Client again over the moon with this patio and side path along with the hardwood decking.

Changed this section of the clients rear garden from this old patio to a stunning hard wood decking area for all the family.
This was one of two changes to the garden we made for the amazing clients we had who were absolutely over the moon with the outcome. Thank you to for supplying the hardwood which made this corner of the garden go from a dated patio to a beautiful bright addition to the property.
