Bit of an update on recent projects. Not much worthy of many pics recently. A nice porch roof we recently repaired, replacing valleys that failed due to very badly installed read and tiles. Oak posts which had rotted away repaired at base by removal of rotten section and brick piers with plinth built to support them.

Wet room refresh project. Another can of worms. Existing tiles on plasterboard with minimal board adhesive. Altro floor pretty much floating at upstands, welds all cracked, insufficient adhesive bonding to screed Water ingress from all areas. It seems doing things correctly isn't a thing anymore???.
Solution Blockwork wall battened out and made flat, boarde with 12mm Backer board, new tiles fitted, screed tanked all round, gully swapped, floor tiled with falls to new gully. Nearly finished.

Another kitchen finished.
