CT Lindsay Chartered Architect Ltd

CT Lindsay Chartered Architect Ltd Architect working in rural Northern Ireland

CT Lindsay Chartered Architect Ltd was established in 2005 by Colin Lindsay who Graduated from Queens University and qualified as a Chartered Architect in 2000. Previously Colin worked for practices in Newry and Portadown gaining valuable experience across a broad spectrum of work from small scale residential extensions and one off bespoke houses to larger projects including housing developments,

banks, offices, factories, warehouses, Churches and community buildings. Based in rural Co Armagh the practice undertakes work throughout the Province and has a high success rate in achieving Planning Approvals facilitated by experience and knowledge of Planning Policies and a good working relationship with Planning Service. We offer a tailor made package for a diverse range of clients and budgets and can provide a wide range of services from a basic service of obtaining necessary Planning and Building Control Approvals to a Full Architects Service which will take a project right through from initial design, liaising with all necessary statutory bodies, and supervising works on site and Architects Certificates for lenders. Ensuring that the projects we work on are as Sustainable and Energy Efficient as practically possible is an area of particular interest of the Practice and this has been expanded and complimented by the knowledge, expertise and accreditation to provide SAP Calculations and EPCs. Good contacts within the industry mean we can quickly bring in consultants such as Structural Engineers, Landscape Architects, Civil & Roads Engineers, Planning Consultants, Aboriculturists and Archaeologists to assist when and where necessary.
