International stone! 🇲🇽

Earlier this month two of our guys had a very different working week! They flew to Mexico and boarded a Norwegian cruise Ship 🚢 the ‘NCL Jade’.

They had the job of templating the public rest rooms on board this ship. It was a long day but an absolutely incredible experience! The guys were then treated to a fantastic, authentic Mexican restaurant where they shared the biggest fish platter they have ever seen. There will be a video posted separately … worth a watch to show you how the Mexicans serve their food!

The installation of these rest rooms will be taking place sometime in the Spring.

🎄✨✨CHRISTMAS WORK ✨✨🎄

County Stone are looking for labourers to help with the next few weeks in the lead up to Christmas!

It’s an extremely busy time of year for us. If you are looking for work locally then please come along tomorrow between 10am-1pm for a little recruitment session, nothing formal - just an informal chat and maybe a little trial. You must be legal to drive big vans, heavy lifting will be involved and some longer days. If you are CSCS registered that would be an advantage!

A recent kitchen worktop installation in Graffham. The customers chose 30mm Caerstone 'Layalite' quartz. Layalite quartz displays a soft veined white background with a honed finish. The first few pictures we were able to take a couple of the finished kitchen with the hob and the sink included, the photos before are on the day we installed the worktops. We love what the customer chose to do with the high backsplash and shelf behind the hob, it gives the kitchen such character and ways to display your favourite kitchen pictures, plants or ornaments. We also love the down lighters over this shelf and hob run.

Please send us your kitchen plan and we would be very happy to quote for your new kitchen worktops. We have a beautiful showroom on site, slabs on show and a huge amount of samples!

Sorry that we have been a bit quiet on the socials for a while... it has been extremely busy here at County Stone. The seasons are changing which means things will only get busier with customers changing their kitchens, having new kitchens and wanting new worktops in time for the festive period. We have customers desiring a new fireplace or even front door thresholds! It's that time of year ☺️

We don't always manage to get finished kitchen photos so we will be posting a couple of recent jobs - the first kitchen, the customers chose 'Bianco Shimmer' quartz for their new worktops. Bianco Shimmer Quartz brings an wonderful elegant glow to any kitchen with its white base highlighted by shimmering accents. Bianco Shimmer quartz offers a sophisticated and bright appearance and works really well with any style / colour kitchen.
