We’ve recently shared our Westbourne Grove project — a reworking of a Victorian townhouse in London across five storeys, centred around light, openness and the remodelling of the home’s vertical circulation.

The project replaces the original compartmentalised arrangement with a new staircase strategy and interconnected living spaces, creating a sequence of vaulted and light-filled interiors. A restrained palette of stone, oak and dark metal detailing brings continuity throughout the home.

A carefully considered reworking of a Victorian townhouse across five storeys, centred around light, openness and a complete remodelling of the vertical circulation. The redesigned staircase and interconnected living spaces create a calm, contemporary home filled with natural light, while a refined palette of stone, oak and dark metal detailing brings warmth and continuity throughout.

A great design matters if you are trying to overturn a planning rejection.
Where others had previously failed, we have achieved a larger, more flowing design and a fantastic aesthetic.

Here we have employed a muted palette, softened the bulk and lines of a whole new roof floor and created an architecture that is modern in its outlook, but sits beautifully in its surroundings.

Our clients dreamed of more space, natural light, and a home filled with joy. Thanks to their openness to new ideas, the transformation went smoothly, and the results far surpassed their expectations.
We added an extra floor and reconfigured the space to better suit their needs. The rear elevation was completely transformed with a beautiful triangular roof light and sleek twin sliding doors, flooding the lofted open-plan living area with an abundance of daylight.
A beautiful reworking of this 1960s structure , into a contemporary, energy-efficient home.

We are delighted to share our latest luxury creation in the heart of the Boltons Conservation area in London. On the face of it, there’s lots to admire, such as the 5 storey helical stair that winds its way through the house, the basement that’s punctured with an enormous rooflight, the fire engineered open plan ground floor or the gorgeous Onyx bathroom finishes.
But what’s not obvious is that this house is a new build, set behind a retained façade. That’s a brand new prime residential home, seamlessly fitting into a well established conservation area in the heart of London.
An amazing Client, a deeply knowledgeable design team, a great contractor and hours sketching the finer details make this project a huge success. Huge thanks to all.
