We love seeing projects come to life.

What began as a vision for a next-generation pickleball & padel destination is now a vibrant, high-energy venue that’s already being called one of the most impressive racket sport spaces around.

Our brief was clear, to create more than just courts. The design needed to feel dynamic, social and elevated, a space that balances performance with atmosphere. From the spatial planning of the courts to the material palette, lighting strategy and hospitality zones, every detail was considered to enhance both play and pause moments.

The result is a venue that doesn’t just host sport, it builds community around it.
It’s always rewarding to see players, visitors and industry peers recognising the experience created within the space. That’s what thoughtful design should do, amplify the energy, elevate the environment and make people want to stay.

Seeing our work activated in the world is always a special moment, and the transformation of the former Eagle Rock Lanes into is one we’re especially proud of.

This project was about more than designing a gym, it was about reimagining an iconic, mid-century space and giving it a new purpose rooted in strength, performance and community.

What once was a popular bowling alley has been reengineered into a flagship, 26,000 sq ft training destination that sets a new bar for experiential fitness environments.

From the outset, our goal at Zynk was to create a space that feels intentional at every scale:
— a column-free, open training floor that maximises flexibility and flow;
— sculptural lighting and high-end metallic finishes that elevate the atmosphere without distracting from focus;
— full-length mirrors and thoughtful materiality that enhance perception, movement and motivation;
— and distinctive zones, including what Iron Culture calls “the world’s foremost posing room”, designed for performance, content creation and athlete progression.

Adaptive reuse always comes with its challenges, but it’s also where design has the opportunity to truly amplify history. We embraced the building’s original structure, including its impressive clear-span wood trusses and soaring ceilings, preserving character while introducing a layout and aesthetic that speak to the modern fitness lifestyle.

Above all, this project was about crafting a home for community, a place where strength, ambition and connection converge. To see Iron Culture’s vision realised so powerfully on site is incredibly rewarding.

Massive congratulations to the whole team, and here’s to many more spaces that inspire people to move, train and belong.

We’re proud to have designed Carriages London, a refined, contemporary concept that subtly elevates the Harley Street experience.

Carriages flips the traditional clinic model on its head, delivering exceptional care and expertise directly to clients, in complete comfort and privacy. Our role was to translate this forward-thinking service into a space that feels calm, considered and effortlessly luxurious, where discretion meets design precision.

This isn’t just about how a space looks.
It’s about how it works, how it feels, and how it sets a new benchmark for wellness.

The HVN is Knightsbridge’s premier longevity and wellness clinic, bringing together some of the most advanced health, recovery and preventative treatments under one roof.

Designed to support a holistic approach to wellbeing, the clinic offers a carefully curated range of services spanning diagnostics, medical wellness, recovery and performance optimisation.

Our design approach focused on creating a calm, refined environment that reflects the clinic’s progressive approach to health. Natural materials, soft lighting and thoughtfully planned spaces work together to create a sense of tranquillity, ensuring the environment supports both the treatments offered and the overall client experience.

A refined, multi-generational fitness destination in the heart of West London.
Zynk completed the interior architecture for The Notting Hill Club nearly a year ago, a boutique fitness concept from the family behind BodyWorksWest, a long-established and much-loved local institution.

Delivered as part of a wider rebrand, the project brought together the refurbishment of the existing multi-level BodyWorksWest club with the creation of a standalone boutique studio next door, forming a cohesive, family-focused fitness hub in Notting Hill.

The completed interiors were designed to feel calm, welcoming and contemporary, reflecting the Club’s values of community, inclusivity and wellbeing. Across BodyWorksWest, the refreshed spaces re-energised the original building, aligning it with the updated brand identity through premium yet family-friendly materials and finishes.

The adjoining 200 sq/m boutique studio offers a complementary experience, designed with flexibility at its core. Warm lighting, natural finishes and clear spatial planning support a diverse programme of adult-led and child-focused classes, workshops and activities throughout the day.

Together, both spaces continue to operate as a considered, multi-generational fitness destination, one that supports movement, connection and wellbeing for the local community.
