Project completed in Measham 😃

This house certainly threw everything at us, right down to the kitchen sink!

*En suite
*Kitchen sink

Upon starting the bathroom removal it soon became apparent, the en suite renovation scheduled for the near future would need to be brought forward.

Previous building & plumbing works left rather alot to be desired, meaning the en suite would have to coincide with the bathroom due to access of the pipework and replacement floorboards. Luckily with this earmarked for renovation it didn't create to much of an issue, other than logistics.

We were also asked to replace the tired kitchen sink while on site.

Now completed the customer is over the moon and the pictures speak for themselves.

Bathroom completed in Ashby-de-la-Zouch

Altering the layout of this bathroom slightly added much more useable space and made it feel much bigger.

We also replaced the old leaking internal soil pipe. Along with the awful old squeaky floorboards.

Bathroom in Ashby-de-la-Zouch

By removing the unused bath and small shower cubicle this room has certainly become more spacious.

Now with a large shower tray and built in seating area, future concerns over mobility are no longer an issue.

That's a wrap for out latest project over in Melbourne.

After converting the old Central heating system to Worcester Bosch combination boiler with 10 year guarantee earlier in the year. We have been back to convert the bathroom.

With concerns over future mobility the bath has been replaced with a large walk in shower with plenty of space to move around.

The lovely matt grey furniture set off with the lighter Lvt flooring looks great!

Bath to shower conversion completed in Ashby-de-la-Zouch

A customer with concerns over future mobility, requested thier bath be replaced with a shower. Fortunately 2 spare boxes of tiles were available, meaning we could blend it in to match the existing bathroom.

A shelf was created for bathroom products. Two hand rails installed and we replaced the existing electric shower to bring things up to date.

Before & after photos of a recent bathroom in Ashby-de-la-Zouch

The old bathroom had many unrepairable issues. Which can unfortunately happen down the line, when designed with pure aesthetics in mind over future maintenance.

Now with easy future maintenance, this bathroom can be enjoyed for many years to come.

Lovely moss green units on this one, in contrast with the oak lvt flooring.

Latest and last bathroom project of the year completed last week.
Certainly an uphill battle this one, being on the third floor via a winding staircase. Matt alone climbed 14,000ft 😅

This job required the removal of an over sized failed wet room to create a double bedroom/office.
Alongside the removal and reposition of an internal wall. Enlarging the small study to house a generous family bathroom.

All finished ahead of schedule, ready for a very large family Christmas gathering.
